A Message from Ling Ling Chang

Dear Friends,

The best ideas for new laws come from those I represent.

So if you have any great ideas for new laws or think an existing law needs to be repealed, let me know.

Writing a good piece of legislation takes months as it needs to be drafted, heard, and reviewed by both houses of the legislature.

So I’m looking for new measures that I can introduce next year.

Please email me at Senator.Chang@senate.ca.gov with your ideas.

Sincerely,
Ling Ling Chang
29th Senate District
