Senator Chang's District Office to Participate in 2019 Homeless Count

Tuesday, January 22, 2019

SACRAMENTO – The office of Senator Ling Ling Chang (R-Diamond Bar) will participate in Orange County’s unsheltered homeless Point In Time Count. The Point In Time is a biennial count of people experiencing homelessness on a given point in time during the last ten days of January. Senator Chang’s office will deploy with experts on the topic to canvas the City of Brea and collect information such as demographics and answers to local questions.

The count provides important data that will help guide Orange County and its partners as they respond to homelessness issues.
